Grilled Butternut Squash
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 shallot diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage leaves chopped
- 1 butternut squash peeled seeded, halved, and cut into 1/4-inch slices
- Sumac for garnish
Instructions
- Mix oil, agave, salt, pepper, shallot, and sage in a large bowl. Add squash to the bowl and stir to coat. Heat a grill pan on high heat. When the pan is hot, cook squash for 3 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with sumac.
