The Sandia y Pepino Margarita is one of the many cocktails you will find along the Santa Fe Margarita Trail. This margarita is a perfect complement to a hot summer’s day.

  • 1 1/2 ounces El Jimador Tequila Silver
  • 1/4 ounces Cointreau
  • 3/4 ounces fresh watermelon juice
  • 1/4 ounces fresh cucumber juice
  • Tajin lime salt blend
  • Sliced cucumber for garnish

Line the rim of the glass with the Tajin lime salt blend. Combine ingredients and shake with ice. Strain and pour over ice. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
