The Lescombes Family opened Hervé Wine Bar in May of 2008, just one block west of the historic Santa Fe Plaza. The space that once held the Skylight nightclub was completely renovated and transformed into a luxurious lounge, beautiful wine bar, and light-filled dining area. Named in honor of the family patriarch, Hervé Lescombes, this location celebrates the Lescombes family legacy of winemaking.
