Six times a year, edible New Mexico produces a vibrant magazine full of hyperlocal reporting and stunning photography, and it has, from the very start, been free. There is no paywall to access our content online. This is a source of pride; we believe that independent journalism should be available to all—farmers and artists, dishwashers and architects, scientists and businesspeople alike.
This year, we’re launching Friends of Edible New Mexico to help us raise the funds we need to support the writers and photographers who make each issue, and each story, possible. Beyond that, we plan to continue cultivating local talent by commissioning more original artwork, hosting workshops, and giving New Mexico sommeliers, farmers, and chefs the chance to hone their voices and offer their deeply informed perspectives on the local foodshed.
