The Green Chile Cheeseburger Smackdown has one simple goal: to determine the best green chile cheeseburger in New Mexico.
We invite chefs to toss their spatulas in the ring and throw down the burger, sure to beat them all. Thanks to our attendees and their iron stomachs, the Smackdown is one of New Mexico’s favorite annual foodie events and sells out every year!
