For seven years, we’ve been pumping out burgers and brews at the Green Chile Cheeseburger Smackdown. New Mexico’s competitive chefs have seared over 34,300 burgers for over 5,800 guests in hopes of taking home only fourteen trophies in seven years.

Thanks to our attendees and their iron stomachs, the Smackdown is one of New Mexico’s favorite annual foodie events!

NOTE: This year, tickets will be sold with timed entry. This will enable us to produce a more enjoyable event for our attendees. Although your ticket will permit you to enter at a certain time, you can stay as long as you want. Most attendees can complete their tastings in 1.5–2 hours.
