Yoga + Wine | Keisha Wixom

With a belief that yoga is beneficial for everyone on a holistic level, Keisha is able to provide beginners with a strong foundation and is able to fine-tune advanced student’s asana practices as well as inspire them to take their yogic sadhana beyond the mat.
Her personal approach to teaching, promises hands-on adjustments and assistance throughout the practice, pose demonstrations, yoga history and philosophy, as well as meditation and relaxation techniques. The soft and beautiful sounds, provided by Handpan with Dean Gibson, will add to this restorative experience.
All Pilates and Yoga classes are open to people of all skill levels.
Your first glass is included in the class price.

$5 for 1629 Club members
Without prepaid reservations, your space is not guaranteed. Reservations can be made by contacting Program Director, Colleen Constance Franco at (505) 452-7208. While we will try to accommodate walk-ins, depending on the class size/location, space may be limited.
Please park in the parking lot just inside the gates when you arrive. We suggest arriving at least 10 minutes early to check in and prepare. Classes will begin promptly. Don’t forget your mat 🙂
