The Meal Prep 101 Course covers discussion of macronutrients including protein, carbohydrate and vegetables. It also discusses proper sourcing of food, how to prepare marinades and salads and basic portion control. It is a one hour course with 45 minutes of lecture and 15 minutes of Q&A. Course is held once a month and fills quickly.
