The 2nd Annual New Mexico Fermentation Festival will be Guttierez Hubble House in the South Valley on June, 24, 2017.

Enjoy this all ages event with fermented foods and beverages from 30+ vendors and educational workshops throughout the day.
The day will include a series of fermentation workshops (covering topics such as kimchi, kombuca, kefir, cheese making, spirits, beer, wine, sourdough, vinegars and lacto-fermented vegetables); chef demos; a kraut mob; fermented foods and product vendors; museum tours, kid’s activities, book sales; festival-inspired lunch for purchase from local food trucks; fermented beverages – alcohol and non-alcohol; bike valet; and live music.
Proceeds from this event will benefit the The Hubbell House Alliance which dedicated to educating the public about, promoting interest in, and advocating for the Gutiérrez-Hubbell House History and Cultural Center. They do this by ensuring access and providing quality historical, cultural, and agricultural programs and events.
Enjoy a gorgeous day at this picturesque historic home in the beautiful South Valley—stroll the fields, see the sheep, and try something new and tasty—artisan fermented delights!
