Join Slow Food Santa Fe for this special fall event. Chef Ray Naranjo, of Santa Clara Pueblo, will prepare a delicious lunch based on the traditional foods and cooking traditions of the Pueblo culture. Roxanne Swentzell, renowned artist and co-author of The Pueblo Food Experience Cookbook: Whole Food of our Ancestors, will present on Pueblo culinary traditions.
