Join Slow Food ABQ for an exquisite pie baking class with pie master baker and State Fair blue ribbon winner (for her pies) Rebecca Dakota. The class includes four hours of hands-on demonstration, instruction, supplies and most ingredients for your very own pie. You get to bring your own favorite fruit for the pie. You will be able to make the perfect pie crust from now on and get to take home your very own, warm pie. An afternoon well spent.
The class will be held on Sunday, July 28th from 2 to 6 pm at 3 Sisters Kitchen in Downtown Albuquerque. The cost of the class is $50, payable at door.
