Chef John Rivera Sedlar presents a Thanksgiving Feast influenced by the dishes his Great Aunt Jerry Newsom prepared for famed New Mexico artist, Georgia O’Keeffe. The celebratory prix fixe menu includes inspired plates such as Roast Lamb Rack with Garlic, Honey Mint Sauce, Red Wine Jus, and Roasted Beets, as well as numerous trimmings like Brioche Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, and Celeri Root Puree.
A special dessert menu by ELOISA’s Pastry Chef Mirna Rodriguez includes visually stunning and equally decadent confections like the Warm Velarde Apple Tart with Calvados Creme. Lastly, for wine lovers, there will be a course-by-course wine pairing available for 25 per person.
Thanksgiving Lunch will be served from 11:30am-2:30pm and Thanksgiving Dinner will be served from 5:30pm-8:00pm for 65++ Per Person.
