New Year’s Eve Dinner

Ring in the New Year with a celebratory dinner at The Anasazi Restaurant, Bar and Lounge, featuring a unique tasting menu created by Executive Chef Peter O’Brien. The New Year’s Eve menu will begin with a serving of oysters on the half shell with a green chile-fennel mignonette, and will be followed by a roasted beet terrine accompanied by a goat cheese mousse, toasted pistachio crisp and pork belly jam. The gastronomic journey will continue with an entrée course of lobster stuffed venison filet served with fingerling potatoes, corn and nopalito relish and huitlacoche sauce, and will conclude with the extremely indulgent hazelnut mocha bomb with a spicy caramel sauce.

The Anasazi Restaurant’s New Year’s Eve menu will be served on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 and will be accompanied by a live band. The innovative tasting menu is priced at $125 per adult.
