As we begin to explore the diversity of Valencia County’s cuisine culture, we are excited to start our 1st featured dinner of “MOMMA’S IN THE KITCHEN”. Chef Tania Wright’s Mom, Arlene Sanchez, originally from Puerto Rico will make 3 regional dishes with the support of the staff from the Green House Bistro on Friday, January 24th at 6pm for only $20 per person.
