Celebrate Christmas Eve at The Anasazi Restaurant, Bar and Lounge with a special tasting menu conceptualized by Executive Chef Peter O’Brien. The festive five-course menu will include highlights such as Scottish salmon accompanied by Kabocha squash, oyster mushrooms, sugar snap peas and a grapefruit-jalapeno glaze, as well as a filet of bison with calabacitas, tamal torta and Christmas chile sauces. The meal will be topped off with a white chocolate cheese cake with a pinon crust and cranberry sauce.
