Specially crafted by Executive Chef Peter O’Brien, the Christmas Day prix-fixe menu will include an appetizing starter, salad or bisque, hearty entrée, and indulgent desserts. Sample exquisite dishes with holiday twists, such as apple smoked duck & foie gras ravioli accompanied by charred winter squash, ancho chiles and a pineapple-port wine sauce and an exquisite gingerbread baked Alaska served with a brandy chocolate sauce.
