Join us for Albuquerque’s ninth annual New Mexico Restaurant Week from Sunday, March 4th thru Sunday, March 11th! Restaurants in the city will offer fixed menus at a variety of price points. At Zinc, we will be featuring a deliciously special $35 three course Prix Fixe Menu in the main dining room. Alaskan Salmon Tartar, Herb Marinated Goat Cheese with Olives & Roasted Garlic, Truffled Cauliflower Soup, Rabbit in Mustard Sauce, Lamb Strip Loin with House Made Gnocchi and Pan Seared Branzino with crab spanakopita are just a few of the many dishes to whet your appetite, and our celebrated Red Chile Flan will also make a reappearance for the week as well!
