Vara is an international family of Spanish and American wines and spirits celebrating the origins of the American wine experience thanks to the historical connection of Spain and New Mexico. Our Winery, Distillery and Tapas Bar offers visitors a unique experience in our industrial chic tasting room and beautiful outdoor seating area with spectacular views of the Sandia Mountains to the east and the distant volcanoes to the west. The pride we take in the quality of the wines and spirits we produce is also reflected in our delicious Spanish Tapas menu that includes traditional selections as well as made to order paella.
